You may have seen the weather forecasters mention that we could get some snow next week and all of them are not 100% sure at this time however WX Charts tell a different story.

According to one of the most accurate weather websites heavy snow will fall in Greater Manchester on Wednesday next week and again on Saturday.
The temperature at this time has risen to around 7c although it feels much colder, during this weekend the temperature goes down again to around 3c and into the minus figures during the evening and early morning, this will continue through next week.
A low pressure system comes in off the Atlantic and meets the cooler air which means many areas will get snow next week, further on more weather systems come in off the Atlantic as the high pressure leaves the scene with yet another low pressure system which could be a named storm with very high winds from the west.
For this moment though get yourself kitted out with some good cold weather clothing and boots/trainers, we also suggest getting yourself slip on ice cleats you can buy cheap from Amazon, the cleats go through the ice meaning you do not slip.
Wearing a good waterproof jacket that gives you good warmth is essential although you can cut corners and buy yourself a thermal gilet from Amazon or elsewhere that has several heat pads in the lining, it uses a power pack to heat your body, wearing a waterproof jacket over it will cut costs whilst keeping you warm.
