Olympic cyclist Chris Hoy says he is being treated for cancer

Team GB multi gold medalist Chris Hoy has said on his official Instagram that he is being treated for cancer with Chemotherapy and other medications and that he is feeling fine and well.

It is currently unknown what type of cancer he has but from his message on instagram (seen above) everything is as good as it could be and he is continuing to work and look forward to the rest of the year.

A holistic nurse was seen on TikTok claiming cancer is now all over the place and 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our life time but crucially even though she also worked in the area of cancer care was not sure what was causing it, she even mentioned that some of the cancers she had never seen before.

We hope Chris continues the good work and gets the best treatment possible to make sure he comes through this battle in his life and gets the all clear very soon.
