The long lighter nights are almost here as the clocks go forward this weekend.
In the early hours of Sunday morning (31 March) much of the technology we have will automatically change the time where some things still need manually adjusting, it heralds the beginning of BST (British Summer Time)
Sadly we lose an hour of sleep so it may take a little adjustment on Sunday morning which also happens to be Easter Sunday.
The time zone change has raised much debate with political people in the past where it is claimed that keeping to BST would save more lives during the winter time, however nothing has ever come of the debates so far.
