Prime hydration drinks once used to be so popular due to Logan Paul and KSI they once fetched between £100 and £250 per bottle.

The big stores like Asda and Aldi along with Morrisons and Iceland sold out within hours of course these stores sold it at around £3.

Prime is still around and being sold cheaper than ever with the hype long gone retailers are flogging them off sometimes at £1.50 to try and claw back some of the money lost so Prime are still making new drinks and we are going to review them here:

Strawberry and banana: Very strong banana flavour we did not detect any strawberry, after a while the taste became bitter and not one of our favourites.

Cherry Freeze: The Cherry Freeze Prime was a strange taste, it seemed the mixture was much thicker than the Blue Raspberry drink, there was a slight hint of Cherry.

Ice Pop: This drink had a nice taste to it, a little sweeter than all the others and did have a hint of candy to it, the drink was much like Cherry Breeze very thick to be a sports drink.

Tropical Punch: We could not detect what flavour this was, it was a thick mixture and had a bitter taste.

Meta Moon: This was the worse drink ever tasted and without a doubt the worse in the Prime range if anyone could tell us what flavour this drink is then add it to the comments.

Strawberry Watermelon. No watermelon or strawberry could be tasted, this drink was as horrible as Meta Moon.

Other flavours have yet to be tasted however we have been told Lemon and Lime Prime drink has a nice flavour.

Prime Hydration does not include caffeine, its mixed with coconut water and artificial sweeteners, the mixture contains synthetic vitamins and amino acids, we would not choose any prime drink for sports such as running or cycling.

The drinks firm also has a range of energy drinks which contain 200mg of caffeine which a child should not be consuming, even an adult should not be consuming so much of the stimulant.
