Man United looks to improve facilities at Carrington Training Centre for first team players

Manchester United FC have sent in an application to Trafford Council so it can provide better facilities for first team players at its training ground at Carrington.

The renovations include a first floor extension to the ‘First Team Building’ which will include infilling of the balcony area, insertion of roof lights and an installation of 2 entrance canopies on the south elevation.

Other works a relocation of the laundry facilities and changes to the layout of the first team car park and provision of landscaped area.

All work will be within the 44 acre site which we expect to be approved by the council once the application is looked at.
