As Summers appears to be passing us by plans are afoot at Trafford MV for life at a higher level of rugby for the ladies and gents playing for the clubs 1st XV’s as each earned promotion in last seasons campaigns.
Pre-season training has kicked in for both set’s of players and numbers have been good with players keen to show what they are made of in the 2024/25 season.
New players are always welcome of course as the club is always seeking to build stronger squads of bot competitive as well as social rugby players – if you would like to add yourself to the mix at Trafford MV please give coach Brian Collier a call and he will provide further info as required – Brian Collier on 07592 984621 to discuss your options.
The Club has invested in pitch drainage work over the summer to help ease the effect of the very wet winters we have been experiencing in an effort to provide players with better facilities on match days. Better pitches mean better rugby opportunities.
If you know of any rugby players, maybe new to the area, leaving school and not knowing where to go, maybe drifted out of the game or maybe looking for ‘just one more season’ then please send them our way.
