Storm system to bring strong winds and rain to Greater Manchester

A storm system is set to hit the UK later tonight bringing with it gusts of over 50mph for a time overnight.

Heavy rain could cause localised flooding in some areas of Manchester overnight and for tomorrow.

From Tuesday and for the rest of the week it is predicted to be dry with sunny intervals although cooler.
