Big delays for Partington residents as more road works scheduled

Lots of work is scheduled to happen on Moss Lane in Warburton from 3 October for one day and a section of the same road will be closed on 1 November for one day.

The entire road will see work being done mostly by Trafford Council, this work is likely to be patching and resurfacing although the council have yet to say what work is being done.

At the time of publishing this article we believe Covershaw Lane is still closed, With the entire length of Moss Lane being worked on it will mean delays for both motorists and the 247 bus service who may decide to go another route.

We expect by now road work boards will have gone up warning drivers of the work being done.

More road works are currently active on Sinderland Lane and more to take place on 3 October by Trafford Council which will mean more delays.
