Premier Inn looks to bulldoze hotel restaurant for 43 room annex in Sale

Premier inn on Carrington Lane in Sale has submitted plans to the council to demolish the Mersey Farm restaurant and replace it with a 43 room annex and a bigger car park.

The hotel firm will increase the size of its car park to accommodate 116 cars and associated works.

On Trip Advisor Mersey Farm Brewers Fayre Restaurant had gained many very happy customers in its time operating with a 4.0 rating.

The application has good information about sustainability of the entire site which is sure to please councillors who will either accept or refuse.

We think its a good application although the public will miss the restaurant despite this its likely the application will be approved.
