Police close of a major road in Sale after a car crash

Emergency services responded to calls from the public about a two car collision on Marsland Road in Sale close to Brooklands Metrolink Station at around 4pm today (8 November).

At the scene Police have closed the road which meant no left turn from Brooklands Road and traffic going west bound towards A56 was diverted down Brooklands Road south bound.

It is currently unknown the condition of the motorists and passengers of both vehicles or how this collision happened.
