Police appeal for help in finding a woman who is wanted on recall to prison

Police are appealing for the public’s help to find Tracy Lowe aged 50, who is wanted on recall to prison.

She has links to the Trafford and Salford areas of Greater Manchester. She also has links to Birmingham.

Her photo pictured was released today 25 November on social media.
