Moana Poke brings a taste of Hawaii to Trafford Centre

Hawaiian restaurant Moana Poke has chosen Trafford Centre for its first location in Northern England; bringing a tropical twist to The Orient food court.

Known for its vibrant, healthy and flavour-packed poke bowls, the new kiosk on the lower level will serve customers with its easy ‘grab and go’ service.

Poke, a traditional Hawaiian dish, is celebrated for its bold flavours and fresh ingredients. At Moana Poke, diners can build their dream bowl from a wide selection of bases, proteins, and toppings or choose from signature options like:

• Marinated beef with Moana Aioli
• Crispy chicken with sriracha mayo drizzle
• Spicy mayo tuna
• Ginger salmon
• Shoyu tofu with sesame crunch
