Police appeal for information to identify a male after an assault at Chill Factore

We are appealing for information to identify a male in relation to an assault that occurred at the Chill Factore on 22 October 2024.

A security guard began his shift when he noticed a group of males being in an area where they shouldn’t be, to which they ran off when spotted.

A short time later, he has once again spotted them in an area of the centre where they weren’t allowed to be, However this time when challenged, one male has then squirted a water bottle in his face, and immediately punched him with both fists, allegedly 5 or 6 times. During the struggle the offender has shoved him, causing him to fall down the stairs on his back.

The victim was taken to Hospital and X-rayed on both his face and arms. Results revealed that he had suffered a fractured nose and fractured left cheekbone, as well as a black eye plus cuts and bruises on his face and forearms from where he fell.
