GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are appealing for information following a fatal collision at around 1 am on 23 November on Church Road, Urmston.
A driver of a black Volkswagen Golf vehicle was travelling along Church Road towards Urmston and has lost directional control, colliding with a tree.
The male driver aged 26, suffered significant injuries and has sadly died from the collision and the passenger, a male aged 22, sustained serious injuries and remains in critical condition in hospital.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit continue their investigation and are asking for anyone with information to please come forward.
