Total Building and Roofing has long operated a Book Bank, purchasing new books and donating them to vulnerable individuals and families. Total Cleaning has not only embraced this initiative but expanded it further. Under Gemma’s leadership, the company is donating books directly to isolated pensioners and vulnerable members of the community, ensuring they get both practical support and a meaningful personal gesture.

Going even further, Total Cleaning NW Ltd provides free cleaning services to vulnerable people who are referred and genuinely in need, helping those who are struggling with health, mobility, isolation, or financial hardship to maintain safe and dignified living conditions.
