You may have heard that snow is on the way this week from Nov 7 onwards but how much truth is there in it?

snow

Well, Tuesday will be a very cold day across Trafford with temperatures struggling up to a maximum of 4°C which will be our coldest day since last Winter.

The day will actually be largely dry but mostly cloudy during daylight hours before we see some heavy rain arrive after dark.

On higher ground, this rain will turn to sleet/snow as we go through Tuesday night with the potential for some wet snow to lower levels for a time.

If we do see any wet snow, slushy deposits are most likely by Wednesday morning but this should soon melt so any disruption should be short lived in Trafford.

We advise you to keep updated with local weather as with snow, a lot can change.
