We all know about the issues with fly-tipping in Trafford, and the twenty day wait for Amey to collect the rubbish after it has been logged on the system.

Going into 2017 news4trafford has witnessed some of the worst fly tipping to date, from a known hot spot on Woodcoat Road only a few yards from a tip!in Broadheath  to Partimgton about three miles west, we  saw a huge amount of rubbish and even a dumped mattress.

On some parts of Sinderland Lane we saw rubbish on the grass areas, and worse was still to come as we approached Moss Lane into Partington.

Partington itself in parts was a mess, one sidewalk from Warburton Lane, we saw a mass of bags dumped at the side with a lot of rubbish thrown in the same place.

On Chapel Lane going past the park we saw two fridges, maybe the same fridges that was seen for months on Moss Lane? hard to say, we also saw more dumped waist nearby.

It is a disgrace this is happening, and it is time that the council acted to make sure fly tippers were caught, more so at known grot spots, once caught fined with no chances or slaps on the wrists.

It is not known who is doing the fly tipping, it maybe that it is coming from outside of Trafford, we know some of it is tradesman, in the end the answer is money! and a poor service by Amey, ultimately Trafford Council are to blame for letting a private company do all its front line services in the first place, a company who’s only interest is its shareholders and it’s profits!
