Partington Art Project’s Local Hands Sculpture Event Coming Soon!

Partington arts project will soon unvail a bronze hand sculpture made by a local artist, the sculpture will show 580 hands.

Local people were encouraged to dip their hands in plaster, it took 52 workshops to complete this huge project, and now all the work has been done by a local artist, and will be unvailed soon at the shopping centre on Central Road.

The workshops were at all the schools and churches in the area and Partington library, the artist has produced a bronze sculpture of all the hands side by side and will look amazing, this will also show the creative side to the area.
