The time to talk day is on Feb 2 and is designed for the entire UK to get talking about mental health and changing lives.

People with mental health problems are sometimes made to feel isolated, ashamed and worthless by other people’s reactions.
Talking about mental health will help you understand more about the issues people face, just by listening to how people feel makes all the difference.
Someone with a mental health issue is just like anyone else, they are a valid and valuable part of any community, they are often more reliable, more brighter than most people and are good to talk with.
Being open about mental health and ready to listen can make a positive difference to someone’s life.
This is what Time to Talk Day is all about – giving us all the chance to talk and listen about mental health.
Whatever the hour, every conversation, every text, every share means more people are reached and more lives are changed.
Attitudes towards people with mental health issues are changing for the better, and this new event will further enhance this, so get involved in the conversation!
