The Love Gorse Hill Group dropped off a nice bunch of flowers at Stretford police station today March 23, in memory of the Met police officer who sadly died yesterday in the London terrorist incident, and to show the police service in general that they respect what they do day in day out often putting there lives on the line to keep them all safe.
GMP Trafford South said: “A thoughtful gift of flowers were handed in at Stretford Police Station this morning, from the ‘Love Gorse Hill Community Group.
“thank you for your kindness.”
With the flowers came a special note saying “We wish to express the deep regret at the loss of one of your colleagues.
“And to thank you for putting your lives at risk everyday for our community.
“Love Gorse Hill xxx.”
This has restored our faith in humanity!
