Lead singer of Linkin Park commits suicide

The lead singer of rock band Linkin Park Chester Bennington aged 41 has committed suicide in Los Angeles, it is believed he hung himself.

He was last seen in the studio with his band mates with no sign of any issues, he had six children and has a wife, he was also previously married.

Chester had some bad luck in his life with illnesses that helped cancel many concerts, he was bitten by a brown recluse spider in 2001, in 2003 he had severe abdominal pains, he had many accidents whilst on tour.

His band Linkin Park was very succesful selling millions of records around the globe.
