Man from Altrincham aged 68 has been charged with race hate motivated offences.

The man aged 68 known as Tim Rustige and from Altrincham was given twenty-four charges relating to race hate and harassment.

He was charged with 8 x criminal damage and 16 x intentional harassment.

The offences are in relation to a number of ‘Race Hate Motivated’ graffiti incidents on the River Bollin Aqueduct at the Bridgewater Canal in Dunham Massey.
