The Hitz Trafford course on September 3rd at the home of Trafford MV rugby club, is for anyone aged between 16 and 18-years-old and helps those that have no or next to no qualifications, to get the skills they need to progress into work, an apprenticeship or further education, this includes:

  • Achieving a qualification in Lifestyle Management
  • Develop Maths & English skills
  • Rugby, Football, Boxing and Gym Sessions
  • Guaranteed Work Placement opportunities
  • Developing confidence, communication skills and teamwork skills
  • Help to progress onto a job or apprenticeships
