The Manchester half marathon gets underway on October 15th and roads will be closed from 8am until midday, which may cause issues with some people.

In the past motorists have got very angry with marshalls and in one case an assault took place in the Sale area.

Organisers have done all they can to make sure everyone is happy whilst the half marathon is taking place.
