Cole Porter’s send off attracted many bikers from all over Manchester

Cole Porter who sadly died after a bad accident on the junction of Hardwick Road and Moss Lane in Partington when his high-powered motorbike was in collision with a Peugeot car.

The send off which was attended by around 200 bikers from all over Manchester was today Jan 19th, no police was present and some spectators mentioned they were disappointed not to see any of the councillors.

His send off though caused some confusion, a couple of routes were mentioned, the one chosen we are told was the one towards Lymm, and back through the country lanes towards the crematorium.

It was a super send off for Cole, on what was a cold but bright day, his last ride. and one he will have been proud off.
