Community Orchard planted in Moor Nook Park in Sale Moor

Moor Nook Park in Sale Moor had some TLC  yesterday as a group of 76 volunteers came out and planted a community orchard including Dan from the Orchard Project.

The volunteers all helped out and enjoyed planting this orchard which included many children and adults alike, it shown that community in Sale Moor is very strong, all working together to make things better for everyone.

In all 21 trees were planted yesterday near the basket ball courts.
