A road in Partington has been closed due to on-going electrical work with over head powerlines

A spokesperson for Electric North West has confirmed to us  it does not know of who put this scaffolding up and had ruled out Scottish Power Networks.

Electricity North West also told us that one of their engineers did not close Redbrook Road.

However contacting One Trafford a spokesman has just confirmed that Scottish Power Networks are doing the work and have a permit that will run a couple of weeks, they also confirmed that further work will be done around the Moss Lane area very soon so expect more road closures.
