Office block could be turned into 59 new apartments in Sale soon

An office block on Cross Street in Sale could be turned into 59 apartments if plans to convert the offices into flats are approved by planners at Trafford Council.

The redesign includes a roof top extension and a 4 story block extension to the rear of the property, other alterations include better car parking space and improved landscaping.

Proposals will included 60 cycle spaces and 61 car parking spaces at the rear of the development.

Once completed it is expected the development will have 10 one bed flats, 36 two bedroom flats, 7 three bed apartments and 1×4 bed apartment and two houses will have three bedrooms on the site.

Some demolition will take place at the rear of the property.
