Stretford Foodbank needs your help as stocks of certain items are critically low

As austerity bites the most vulnerable in society and this incredibly includes people who are working, more and more people are having to use foodbanks.

Staff at the Stretford Foodbank are now in need of several items like tinned fruit and toiletries.

You can donate anything you like at the following places:

  • Stretford Library
  • Sainsbury’s Urmston
  • Asda at Trafford Park

And Trafford Christian Aid Centre on Barton Road where they are based.

When you go shopping why not add on another can of beans, or tinned fruit and drop it in the foodbank basket, maybe a packet of toilet rolls, all donations are accepted and will go towards helping someone who needs it here in Trafford.

Help support those who are struggling, the sense of pride knowing you have done your bit is the reward…lets get donating!
