Manager Solskjaer took his team to play PSG 2-0 down from the first leg, it was United though who shocked the stars of France when they scored first with Lukaku on the score sheet.

PSG though came back just 10 minutes later with Bermat hitting the back of the net leaving De Gea with no chance.

Lukaku hit the back of the net on the 30th minute to give United the lead again.

The game was now into a tit for tat situation with no real chances for either team in the first half, the second half was much the same although both teams had a few chances, United needed that break and even Lukaku looked like he had blown a tyre, United were looking like they were going out of the Champions League.

Paris Saint Germain players and even the fans must have thought they had won the game, it was though in extra time when Manchester United got the luck they needed when a random ball into the box hit a PSG player, the ref asked for VAR as a suspicion that the ball hit the players arm.

The ref went to the video and took what seemed a life time to decide his decision, so long that United manager got a little bit excited, he moved away, the ref goes back again to the video, every United fan, every football fan other than Micheal Owen wanted it to be a penalty.

The ref turned around made a semi-circle and then pointed to the spot! United fans going crazy, the players must have thought they had won the lottery! won the derby and the boat race all in one moment.

Rashford stepped up to take what was one of the most important penalties ever taken in a Manchester United shirt even if it was a pink one!

Bang! Rashford scores and the fans and players going crazy, delighted that they were to go through, still though United had to still defend the lead, PSG woke up and came back again, United’s penalty box was under siege, PSG doing everything, even De Gea made an error punching the ball instead of what was an easy catch.

The ref though blew his whistle and Manchester United are through winning 1-3 on away goals, a brilliant night for the reds.
