Airwolf actor Jan-Michael Vincent has died aged 73

Jean-Michael Vincent star of several films including Airwolf has died aged 73.

Vincent was born in Denver Colorado on July 15th 1945, he attended junior and secondary school in California before graduating in 1963.

His first job in acting was in 1967 on a film called ‘The bandits’ co starring Robert Conrad, he went on to star in several programmes made for TV.

It was in the late 60’s he got his big break and signed to Universal, following this he starred in the film ‘Dragnet’ and many others including the film ‘The banana splits’.

Vincent will be best remembered though for his role in Airwolf which ran from 1984 to 1987 where he starred as ‘Stringfellow Hawk’ he co-starred with Ernest Borgnine.

Jean-Michael Vincent was rushed to hospital and sadly died from a heart attack.
