Man dies after falling from a high rise flat window in Old Trafford

Police were called to Empress Court in Old Trafford to reports that a man had fallen from the window of a flat.

 

Officers were called to the high rise flats at around 11.30am today April 30.

A scene was in place for some time where the man fell, we are not aware of any disruption to residents while police and other agencies did their work.

The man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

There are believed to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a file will be passed to the coroner.

Residents were took to social media shocked at what had happened, with many saying simply “RIP”
