Woman tasered after walking down Deansgate with a knife

Police responded after geting calls from members of the public about a woman going down Deansgate with a knife.

The incident happened earlier this morning Aug 1st.

An Armed response vehicle was also flagged down and officers tasered the woman and then detained her.
