Traffic delays are to be expected on Sinderland Lane and Whitehouse Lane due to roadworks at the junction.
United Utilities are doing some major pipe work and multi-way signals are in operation.
The work started on September 2nd and are due to be completed on September 13th.
Sinderland Lane could do with permanent traffic lights at this junction to slow down people using the road as a speed circuit.
