Three (3) suffered a huge and prolonged outage for most of the night and into this morning Oct 17th 2019.
Angry users took to social media to vent there frustrations at not being able to call, text or use data, one customer said he could not even call emergency services.
Three took a while to communicate with its customers they did though come out with a very small statement:
We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties with voice, text and data, meaning some of you will be experiencing intermittent service. Please accept our apologies, we’re sorting this out right now. Check back here for updates
O2 cheekily dropped a message to a fed up Three user by asking the individual to PM them for some amazing deals!
As of now and looking at Downdetector.co.uk live Three outage map it looks like some people are now getting some service back.
This outage has also knocked out the networks website it seems as all you get is a landing page telling you to visit a local Three shop.
