The alarm from the school was tripped and could be heard from Manor Avenue.
We got to the scene before the fire fighters turned up thinking it was a burglary since the gates was open and we could see some lights still on at the Meadway Road School.
Once fire fighters turned up they set of inspecting the school in full protective clothing and torches.
No smell of fire was present and at this time it looks to be a false alarm.
