Chinese New Year is a special occasion more than just the zodiac and many colourful events are taking place over this weekend here in Manchester.

A parade will start tomorrow from Manchester Central Library to China Town starting at 12.30pm this will mean some roads will close and buses either not running or re routed which means delays on some services.

We suggest to bring some wet weather gear tomorrow as it is predicted to be a very wet day here in Manchester.
