A Man collides with a tram at Sale Metrolink Station

A man was hit by a tram at Sale Metrolink Station last night.

Police were called at around 10.50pm on 30 March 2020 to reports of a collision involving a tram and a pedestrian at the tram stop in Sale.

A man suffered injuries that are not believed to be serious and was taken to hospital as a precaution.

All emergency services attended the incident and the tram stop was cordoned off for a time.
