Huge cyclone just about to slam into India

Cyclone Amphan with winds over 170mph is just about to slam into India.

The cyclone which is currently a category 5 storm is gaining strength out in the bay of Bengal.

It is forecast to hit Bangladesh at a category 3 on Wednesday, the winds then will drop to around 120mph, the biggest problem will be the amount of rain that will drop in a small amount of time.

With people already struggling from Coronavirus, this will hit them hard, the cyclone is said to be around two weeks earlier than normal and is listed at this time as being one of the most powerful cyclones the country has ever had to face.
