British Summer Time starts this coming Sunday as UK time changes in the early hours of Sunday morning (28/03/21)
What happens is we end up having one hour less in bed with a great side effect of having longer nights where it does not get dark until around 9.30pm.
It has though long debated about keeping our timezone in BST as it would help reduce accidents on our roads, however it seems kike we will have to wait a while before any changes take effect.
With lockdown easing (so they say!) we will all be able to enjoy this summer like no other with everything back to normal and here’ hoping for another summer like last year where often people forget how amazing it was, with months of blue skies and warm temperatures and oddly no hosepipe bans!
Let the sun shine down on us here in Trafford, many months of claimed freedom to be had on what surely will be a great year for all of us.
