Miller Homes, national house builder whose Novus development is located on Renton Road, Stretford, has donated Easter eggs and Easter treats to support Variety, the Children’s Charity, also located in Stretford.

2021 is the 5th consecutive year, that Miller Homes has supported Variety at Easter.  The house builder usually holds an Easter Egg Drive at each of its North West developments, inviting members of the public to make a donation, alongside its own.

With the current restrictions in place, this year’s Easter donation has come solely from the house builder, with high hopes to resume the traditional Easter Egg Drive in 2022.

Variety North West provide child-focused support, helping disabled and disadvantaged children with physical or social development.  The charity works hard to ensure that needs are met, and the children can enjoy a much brighter future.  Following the challenges of 2020, support for the charity is need now more than ever.

Lyn Staunton, North West Development Director for Variety, comments: This has been a very challenging time for Variety, and we have relied on our wonderful supporters to help us bring happiness to those children we support. Easter is a very special time of the year for our children and Miller homes always make it extra special for Variety.

Clare Noakes, Sales Director for Miller Homes in the North West, adds: “We’re delighted to be making an Easter donation to Variety for the fifth year.  Supporting charities and communities in the area where we build is so important to us and we hope to resume our annual Easter Egg Drive next year.”
