Road works are set to cause more misery for Partington residents at Christmas and New Year.

According to GM Roadworks (a TFGM website) roadworks are set to begin on 29 November and will finish on 29 Jan 2022 and have labelled it as ‘High Impact’ which means multiple signals from the sub stations opposite SAICA paper Mill all the way to St Mary’s Church in Partington.

Electric North West are doing the work which will see more misery for fed up Partington residents which will see big delays on Manchester Road throughout Christmas and New Years.

We believe the work is for the new housing development opposite St Mary’s Church which will see 48 apartments built.
