Colleagues at Trafford Housing Trust (THT) have been thanked for their long service at an awards ceremony in Sale.
Staff from the housing provider – some of whom have been with the business for over 35 years – were presented with certificates at the event at the Life Centre on Washway Road, which had been postponed for two years as a result of the Covid pandemic.
Deborah Elgar, Director of Social Enterprise, is one of the longest serving colleagues who has worked in housing in Greater Manchester for 35 years including 17 years at THT. Deborah said: “I’m filled with immense pride when I think back on all our achievements over the years, and the opportunity to work with our front-line colleagues delivering services to customers has been an honour. THT has great staff and has always felt like being part of a close-knit family.”
Larry Gold, CEO at Trafford Housing Trust, said: “I am so proud of all our long-service achievers, and it is a testament to their great work and support for our customers that they have been with the organisation for so long. Since THT began colleagues have consistently delivered great services, regularly achieving an outstanding customer satisfaction rate of over 95%.”
