Trafford Environmental Services are working hard to protect the residents of Trafford and elsewhere from takeaways and shops that offer poor standards.
The Food Standards Agency gives a (0) zero rating which is the lowest score with 5 being the best.
Legends takeaway at the corner of Sir Matt Busby Way close to Manchester United’s Old Trafford Stadium got a zero rating on 19 August 2024.
It is not known exactly why the popular takeaway got a zero rating however from our own experience it is not good for both customer or shop owner, the council will be trying to resolve the issues to bring things to a average or good standard again.
In some circumstances the council could shut down a takeaway or shop immediately until the owner gets things right again.
We have asked Trafford Environmental Health to send a detailed report under freedom of information on Legends takeaway and will publish the findings.
