Bovis Homes prepares to launch in Partington

Bovis Homes, part of Vistry, is preparing to launch in Manchester at Heath Farm in Partington.

Creating new homes since 1885, Bovis Homes is bringing a collection of handcrafted and energy-efficient, two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Inspired by traditional Trafford properties, Bovis has designed the new homes with local heritage in mind. Features include porches and canopies set behind brick archways to create a modern take on a classic 1930s Trafford home. 

With sales set to launch at the sales centre, the new homes form part of the wider Heath Farm masterplan, off Moss View Road, where Linden Homes has quickly sold its entire collection.
