Trafford’s JP Goldman Honoured at Business in the Community’s North West Celebration of Responsible Business
Property law firm, JP Goldman, based in Urmston, has been recognised at Business in the Community’s (BITC) flagship North West event celebrating the brands, people and communities shaping the future of the region. The award highlights the firm’s commitment to responsible business practices and its growing role in strengthening partnerships between businesses and local communities.
Held at Island, Manchester’s innovative new workspace, the event brought together business leaders, community organisations and regional changemakers to spotlight the power of collaboration across the public, private and third sectors.
BITC’s North West Regional Leadership Board curated the evening to showcase how businesses can drive meaningful impact when they work hand‑in‑hand with charities, local groups and civic partners. Attendees heard real examples of successful collaborations, explored the work behind them, and connected with peers to accelerate responsible business across the region.
Speaking on the recognition, Dan Hewitt, Managing Director of JP Goldman said:
“We are incredibly proud to receive this award. Our work is rooted in the belief that businesses have a responsibility to uplift the communities they serve. This recognition from BITC reinforces our commitment to building partnerships that create long‑term, positive change across the North West.”
The event reflected BITC’s long‑standing mission: promoting responsible business, strengthening community ties and championing organisations that are actively improving lives across the region.
Light refreshments were served throughout the evening, with opportunities for networking and cross‑sector collaboration.
