Everlast Gyms hosts free Hyrox workout at Trafford Centre

Everlast Gyms is to host a free Hyrox workout at Trafford Centre on 24th September from 5:45pm-8pm under the Gaia at Trafford Palazzo.

The Gaia is a seven-metre floating earth, suspended beneath the centre’s famous dome, by British installation artist Luke Jerram and regarded as one of the world’s most iconic touring artworks.

For one evening only, Everlast Gyms will transform the space into an immersive HYROX training area featuring:

• A workout led by HYROX MC Gus Vaz Tostes 
• A live DJ bringing the energy
