15-Year-Old Arrested On Suspicion Of Robbing A Shop In Timperley

Police were called to a shop on Heyes Lane in Timperley to a report of an armed robbery at around 5.30pm on Dec 29.

A male went into the Nisa store and threatened a member of staff, he then carried out this threat and stabbed the member of staff in the torso, the victim was a 30-year-old man, who fortunately suffered only a minor injury.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested at the scene on suspicion of robbery and has been bailed until Jan 29.
