A class D nursery and a car park is being built on land opposite Altrincham Retail Park in Broadheath, the development would see some cycling infrastructure being built.
Some of the old rail infrastructure on Viaduct Road will be taken away to accommodate the new development.
Trafford Council approved the development on Nov 7 last year, and work has now started, some houses that surround it will see some modifications.
A proposed play area and plantation has been proposed, there is also a time limit for car parking for parents bringing their children to and from school.
The nursery will be built with two floors and the design will look similar to the picture below.
