Free dog show and fun day at City Airport

In conjunction with ‘Reach Sled Dogs’ City airport in Salford will host a free dog show and fun day on September 16.

The fun starts at 11am and ends at 4pm, car parking will be subject to capacity and will be on grass.

If you want to enter your dog for the show, it will cost £2, your dog could win prizes for cutest dog and golden oldie, the time-table is below:

11am– Registration opens and will close 20 minutes before each class start time

• 12:00 – Class 1 – Cutest Puppy
• 12:20 – Class 2 – Golden Oldie
• 12:40 – Class 3 – Best Trick
• 13:00 – Class 4 – Best Friends (Children 12 and under)
• 13:20 – Class 5 – Dog Most Like It’s Owner
• 13:40 – Special Class – Best Treat Catcher
• 14:00 – Class 6 – Dog the Judge Would Like To Take Home
• 14:20 – Class 7 – Best Rescue
• 14:40 – Class 8 – Handsome Lad
• 15:00 – Class 9 – Prettiest Girl
• 15:20 – Class 10 – Happiest Dog

Also the event will include:

• Face painting
• Refreshments
• Animal Charity’s
• Trade stalls
• Professional children’s entertainment
• Bouncy castle (subject to weather conditions)
